Richard J. Voth, Sr.,
the founding principal of PFS, serves the company as Managing
Member, Director, and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Voth is a proven professional manager with extensive experience
in starting and growing successful service and product businesses. He has demonstrated the ability to effectively manage
rapidly expanding organizations through his understanding of the importance of strategic planning and thoughtful deployment
of both human and financial capital.
In 1982 Mr. Voth founded Information
Network Corporation (“INC”) based in Phoenix, AZ. INC, an application service provider (“ASP”),
provided medical claims adjudication and related services to insurance companies and HMOs across the United States. During
his tenure the company grew to employ more than 250 and achieved annual recurring revenues in excess of $20 million.
INC was annually recognized as one of the nation's "Top 100 Technology Companies" by Healthcare Informatics Magazine and listed as a "Best
Place to Work" by the Arizona Business Journal.
1998 INC was acquired by a business unit of the United Health Group. Mr. Voth continued to serve as INC's
Chairman and CEO until the time of his retirement in 2002. Though
now integrated into UHG, the core of the business continues to deliver sophisticated medical claims application services to
health plans nation-wide.
