The founding principals
of PFS are proven professional managers with extensive experience in starting and growing successful service and product businesses.
They have demonstrated their abilities to effectively manage rapidly expanding organizations through their understanding of
the importance of strategic planning and thoughtful deployment of both human and financial capital.
Richard J. Voth, Sr. serves PFS as the Managing Member, Director, and Chief Executive Officer. In 1982 Mr. Voth
founded Information Network Corporation (“INC”) based in Phoenix, AZ. INC, an application service provider
(“ASP”), provided medical claims adjudication and related services to insurance companies and HMOs across
the United States. After the company was acquired by a business unit of the United Health Group in 1998, Mr.
Voth continued to serve as INC's Chairman and CEO until the time of his retirement in 2002. During his tenure the
company grew to employ more than 250 and achieved annual recurring revenues in excess of $20 million.
James A. Saffert serves PFS as a Member, Director, and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Saffert is a senior management
executive with more than thirty years of business experience. During his 14 year tenure as Vice President, Operations
at Information Network Corporation, he managed both business operations and those areas that supported the company’s
core technical competencies and service offerings. Under his management, the company adjudicated tens of millions
of medical claims annually and achieved its reputation for quality service. When he left INC, the company’s employee
census had grown to more than 350.
INC was annually
recognized as one of the nation's "Top 100 Technology
Companies" by Healthcare Informatics Magazine. Though now integrated into UHG, the core of the
business continues to deliver sophisticated medical claims application services to health plans nation-wide.
